Budweiser complaint: Beer Can Was Empty

My complaint:

I bought a 12 pack of Budweiser tall cans frok the beer store and ended up with 1 can completely empty and another can had no carbonation resulting in the beer being flat.

Suggested solution:

Refund or replace my purchase.
