My complaint:
Good afternoon,
It is with to my (very unpleasant) surprise that I have taken notice of a very sudden and notable change of taste in your budweiser ponies product of your January 23, 2021 batch.
The change in taste is overwelming and very very different to the usual taste of my liking through the years. A very unpleasant taste to say the least.
I have been a very loyal customer of your product for over 20 years, drinking you product almost daily, and never in those 20 years have I tasted such an unpleasant taste in your product.
As a matter of fact, your product have always tasted the same throughout the years until now.
As a very loyal customer I urge you to change it back to the original taste or lose a customer.
