My complaint:
Purchased a dozen of Bud light beer. When I opened the case there was a bad smell of mold yeast coming from the box.
I noticed one of the bottles were only half full and a big build up of mold covering the bottom of the box and part way up the bottle that was only half full
Kind of turned my stomach. Certainly didn’t attempt to drink any of those beer.
Suggested solution:
Explain how this could have happened and corrective action to ensure this don't happen again.
I should be compensated for loss of beer and for turning my stomach and spoiling my night
