My complaint:
I paid for my 7 day stay ,but because of terrible conditions and harrasing, bully of a manager I left the next day.When I went there to retrieve an item I left in the room, he told me it is not his problem and he told me to leave.
When I asked about getting reimbursed , I was told it is not their concern, that I should do it through Booking .Com But I RESERVE through Booking ..Com I PAID THE HOTEL.THEY HAVE MY CARD INFO
I tried e mailing Britania hotel.but they don’t respond.
My room was booked the next day by a new party.They charged me and the new party for the same room.That is ILLEGAL
Suggested solution:
They should reimburse me for the 6 days that I paid, but didn\'t stay
They should FIRE THE MANAGER
People like him shouldn\'t be in Hospitality buisness
