My complaint:
On Saturday 1 .02.25 booked for 14 for carvery the following day 2.02.25. Booking ed by email. Arrived on time at 4.45 only to find not enough meat left to serve a carvery.
Restaurant advertises availability from 12 – 6 but as large number we pre booked!!! As Sunday evening we had little option but to choose from main menu which was much dearer and not the food we had wanted to eat.
In addition a number of items unavailable on main menu e.g. pepperoni pizza and chicken goujons. With six children in the party you can imagine that this was a problem.
Place clearly understaffed and outside tables littered with empty glasses and plates. A half hour to queue and place an order and we finally ate nearly two hours after arrival.
Suggested solution:
I would like an explanation, an apology for my ruined event and compensation.
