My complaint:
Every time I stop at the Braun’s in Tecumseh over the last few months, I ask for a large drink with my meal. I was told they were out of large cups
a couple of times. Now they just say there are no large drinks. I would like to know if you are discontinuing large drinks or what.
I won’t be stopping by there anymore. A medium drink is not enough for my taste.

Either take large drinks off the menu or get it fixed.
