My complaint:

Night before last I went to the Braums here on Wood drive, and placed an order for a 2 with large fry and large drink, it took 23 minutes before I was given my order, and I asked because of the long wait are you going to do anything for me, she said no, so I refused the order and she still charged me for the drink, had I been the manager, the deal would have been free with an apology, the way I was treated I won’t be back, I’ve been a good customer here for the 8 years I’ve lived in this Area, as much as I love your product, I won’t be treated like that ever again, I was to mad and didn’t get her name, but she seemed like management
