My complaint:
We were told our refrigerator would be delivered between 1:30-4:30. Emptied our refrigerator and waited.
Received a call at 4:00pm stating they wouldn’t be here until 6:30-7:00!! Food is getting spoiled – wasted entire day waiting for them and who knows if they will be here by 7:00 – tracker says they are on 9 and we are 14 and it’s almost 5:00PM NOW!
This is to unexceptable! Last time we buy from Brand Smart! They should have called earlier to say they would be three hours or more late!
Suggested solution:
They should compensate us for time wasted and food spoilage!
