My complaint:

Hello I have been a customer of yours for a long time I am descusted with the way I have been treated I came into Ipswich bq on the 18.6.2019 to purser a front door not only did the member of staff was unable to use the computer so I came back the next day, the same problem but got some progress it took me a further 5 days to ourder the door payed in full and was told it wood take 7to10 days which was fine I started a job for a 91year customer thinking the door would be delivered at the latesd the 25.7 2019 so I started work take in out old door and frame and bricked up ready for the door I have been promised I have been back and ford to the stour and on phone I was told it was sourted I went there Friday and was told that it has not even been ourdered I have payed for this on the 25 7 2019 and was told to day it still was not been sourted I have a 91 year old customer that can not use front door and find it extremely difficult to get out of back door not only that I can not complete my Job which is a down stairs bathroom so I have lost money and my customer is struggling with I am descusted with I have been a very good customer to your stour and expect a switch response from you asap

Suggested solution:

I expect a switch response as this has cost me a fortune in lost wages and a massive inconvenience to my customer how is 91
