My complaint:

My card was stuck in their faulty machine and I could not get my card out. The woman said she couldnt do anything and to wait 5 min. I waited 5 min and she then came over and tried to get it out unsuccessfully. She stated i just needed to leave it there and drive myself to the bank and get a new one. I told her that i would absolutely not do that. She then started getting extremely rude and mocking what I was saying by repeating my words. She then starts to say try it try it over and over and i tried to take my card out and it came out. She walkes away and said something and i asked what she said and she gave me the middle finger. Real professional people you have working that treat paying customers this way. This happened about 3 pm at 166th and horace harding expressway in queens nyc
