Bowers Wilkins complaint: Front floor standing speakers cm10 expensive have blown

My complaint:

I have only had this home theatre speakers for 6 years and they still look like I brought them yesterday as I take so much care as they are my Pride Joy..Ok now I have run the speakers on a Yamaha amplifier which does not put out much power at all 80 watts per channel and they should take up to 200 watt per channel anyway I put on a kid’s movie when I had my kids previous weekend and notice a terrible sound really bad so been such high quality speakers I don’t understand how this has happened I’m really upset about it due to financially struggling and try to look up parts and see pricing and shipping and can’t believe how much and how long it will take. I really feel I had to make this complaint as this home theatre system was like my Pride Joy so not sure if you can help me but I really would appreciate that this message makes it to someone up the top at Bowers Wilkins that if they care about the middleman like myself as majority of their customers more than financially stable thank you so much for listening and I really hope that you guys can get this message across thank you.

Suggested solution:

If they reachout and I feel that they should at least send me me the parts that have blown as this really should not of happened I'm not one of them people to ask for brand new speakers. I just really feel being such high quality speakers that I spent a lot of money on and not overly using them loud I purchased them for clarity but like I said as the amplifier like I said does not push out any power so even if I did there's no way it would affect them but moving forward I really just want them to reach out and help me I have never made a complaint on anything but this I really feel it's the right thing and the right thing for them to help me
