My complaint:
I ported my number from metro pcs to boost mobile. Ever since i became a customer, I have no signal. The first week that I got my phone, I couldn’t make o. receive calls. Incoming calls ending when I tried to answer. I couldnt make outgoing calls. I kept receiving a Sim not registered on Network error message. I’ve contacted Boost several times and had a support ticket submitted. I have troubleshooted my phone with multiple reps. My phone is still not working properly. Every single call that I’ve ever made has dropped. This is unacceptable. Also Boost won’t allow md to switch phone plans. Why should I pay $50 for service that I can’t use. Im not under contract so why am I being forced to stay on this plan? Why cant i change it. I asked rep ERIC why i cant change my plan and he was rude and refused to allow me to speak to a supervisor. I use boost for my business and my business services are being interrupted
