My complaint:
Today, as usual, I got delivery from Booker. The driver came after 11, at 12 we have got lunch time, so we were busy. I asked him to leave everything on the tables and chairs outside. I let him do his job, because I had mine too. After maybe 3 minutes I went out to say my name, sometimes they need it. What I saw? Delivery driver threw out the bread from the boxes on dirty and wet ground. Just like on the photo. 6 of them were broken, so I definitelly can not use them for my residents. It is virus time, we have to be double aware of our actions. I understand that the driver could be in hurry. He could just knock at this very short time and I would go out and take everything. I know he wanted boxes back- he forgot take two boxes from the last Saturday, which such a lovely lady left because she understood we are busy during lunch time. It is not first time when I met rude drivers from Booker, but lady is absolutely lovely and helpful. I hope she will tell the rest of them secret how to be kind and responsible.
Suggested solution:
They should send money back for 6 breads or come with new one. I can not use the broken one for our residents.
