My complaint:
I’ve never been a regular shopper at Bookers, Watford and have never not been able to gain entry. This morning my card wasn’t allowed and the receptionist said my membership had been cancelled because of non use and no new memberships were being granted at this time!!! Well come on Bookers – what’s this all about. I’ve been a member for many many years, over 15 years and now suddenly you decide to cull your members!!!! Shame on you!!
