My complaint:
I made an order with express delivery and now it’s going to arrive on the date if i ordered it with normal delivery. normal delivery costs €5 and express delivery costs €15. i would like a refund for the costs i payed for the express delivery because i ordered it tuesday and the express delivery is 1-2 working days and now it’s going to be delivered next week because of the weekends
