My complaint:
I ordered sushi from Tokio Sushi restaurant in Baku on September 13, 2023. Courier went to the wrong address, and demanded that I pay an additional fee for him to take the order to the other correct address. I accepted it and told the courier that I would pay the additional amount, although the address was indicated correctly on my part. Courier arrived to another address and ended up going to the wrong address again, even after we sent him a location through Whatsapp. Eventually, courier took the order back and I got charged, but never actually got my order delivered. When I contacted the Bolt customer support through the app, they told me that they could not refund the amount charged, because I indicated a wrong address and that I refused the courier an additional fee for taking my order to the correct address, which, of course, was not the case.
I believe Bolt acted unfairly in this particular situation, and defended its courier when the courier obviously acted irresponsibly by not delivering the order, where he was given clear instructions as to the whereabouts of the delivery address.
Suggested solution:
I want a refund of the amount I got charged, which I never received.
