My complaint:
the cashier served us with 4 drinks on a tray that was broken and when she pass it thru the window, the drinks spilled all inside my van and on my husband. We were on our way to an event in Columbia and had to stop to Dollar General to purchase supplies to clean up the van and purchase my husband another shirt to wear. All that was offered to us was replacement drinks and I’m Sorry We were late to our event because of the clean up process we had to do.
Suggested solution:
I feel that my meal should have been reduced or even comped out. No manager never came to assist. Replacement meals should be given to me and my family.
