My complaint:
ordered an 8 pc with 2 breasts, paid extra and the order was incorrect. Went back inside with my order and the manager was rude to me and the other associates. Yelling loudly and making a scene. They replaced my order with what was supposed to be ANOTHEr 8 pc with 2 breasts. After the ordeal, I didn’t think I needed to double-check it. Got home, it was wrong AGAIN. I paid almost $30 for dinner that was made wrong TWICE on top of rude staff and management. I’m quite upset over the whole ordeal.
Suggested solution:
I would just like a correct order and possibly some management training for this staff's management team. The woman who was shift manager or whatever was rude, loud, and totally inappropriate.
