My complaint:

August 8, 2021 approximately 12pm
We went through the drive thru, to be told we would have to pull up and eait for our chicken to be dropped. We waited 15 minutes. My husband goes inside and asks where is our food is, the manager who took his order just then yells the cook to drop the the chicken. My husband was very upset. He has some language with the manager. Who was rude, never apologized for our wait and walked away from my husband while he was talking. Her name was Michelle. During the verbal altercation the one employee tried to come out and fight my husband. My husband wasn’t intimidated by the male but it was unprofessional. My husband from there told them he no longer wanted the food he wanted a return. The manager came to do the refund but she never gave us a receipt, she didnt know what we ordered and what to refund us. Then as my husband tells her our order, Imstead of doing a return she runs it as another transaction. Now we have two pending charges of $29.05 and $30.09. We are appalled my the lack of respect and professionalism! We will not be going back to this location. This woman should be reprimanted. A woman in this position who leads can not be allowed to display this attitude and unprofessionalism.
