My complaint:
Ever since they were purchased, their customer service is non-existent. I have tried to reach them every way that they provide as an option. I have called them 3 times so far (on 2 different phone numbers), and stayed on hold for over an hour, until I finally gave up. I have texted them 6 times, and no one has responded. I have emailed them twice and no one has responded. I have 2 issues that have occurred that I have been trying to report, and get a partial refund, but I am not having any luck being able to get in contact with anyone. There are no other options to reach someone.
