My complaint:
On November 29, 2022, Blockstream customer service notified me that I can withdraw my profit once I send 20% of it to Blockstream first. I told Blockstream that I want to make sure I get my funds by the 6th of December as it is for my bills and mortgage that I will be sending. Customer service reassured me that funds will be deposited before the 6th, your satisfaction is our priority.
I first sent $1,000 with a $70.00 fee but I was required to send the rest immediately. So I sent $750.00 with a $70.00 fee. Nobody has responded to me about the funds being deposited in my checking account.
On December 6th I was notified that my investment is long term so I am required to pay another $1,200 to cancel it then my funds will be available.
Suggested solution:
I have been misinformed. Blockstream needs to cancel my account and subtract the fee from the investment that I put in and send the rest to me with my profit. I don\\\'t have money to send them anymore and I need to pay my bills and house mortgage. I need my funds immediately.
