My complaint:

2 months ago I received an email from the blockchain support Telling me that they were putting ahold on my account and transactions because I used a VPN. It is not against the Terms Conditions of blockchain.com to use the VPN. However I still replied to the request for information and then 14 days ago I went to bank. It’s transfer of cryptocurrency to another digital wallet. The transaction was held for review because I had not hit the solved button on their support page. When Submitted my information at month and a half prior 2 requesting the transaction… I contacted support cleared up in the center standing and then waited 4 days Before I even received an email from anyone to which I again submitted my information and it has now been 14 business days. No one has responded to me. I have reached out support 29 times and submitted 5 different request for followed. Add a complaint as well and still no one will give me a idea when my money is going to release.

Suggested solution:

I want my transaction to be released and sent to the wallet. I requested 14 days ago.
