My complaint:

I’ve deposited 220€ into my blockchain account from my own bank account. I bought bitcoin and I wanted to send it from my trading funds to a wallet outside blockchain. My transfer gets put on hold, and I get hoarded with verification questions. I provide my bank statement 1 month back ( as old as my bank account is ) phone utility bill energy provider bill and still nothing gets resolved. The treatment is very bad from support and I’m losing hope of them ever giving me MY MONEY back !

Suggested solution:

Refund my money back into my back account or let me go on with my transfer
