My complaint:
I am a user of the crypto wallet company blockchain.com and have been using their services for over 5 years and more. After logging into my blockchain.com crypto wallet using my passphrase, my withdrawals were immediately suspended which I received a mail from the customer support notifying me that my withdrawals will be suspended temporarily for security reasons and that I needed to redo the verification process in-order to prove that I was actually the one who logged into my wallet which I did, still yet my account won’t get restored.
I have written the customer support countless numbers of time asking them restore my account so I could withdraw my funds but they kept asking me to be patient which I stayed calm through out November and December 2022 but got no response from the support team.
I wrote back to them in January telling them I could no longer wait as the process was taking too much time and after a few days they got back to me asking me to provide additional documents in no less than 14 days or else my account will be completely suspended which as a matter of fact I provided them in no less than 48 hours.To my greatest surprise my account remains close even after providing the documents and the support team continues to ask me to remain patient and for the last 3 weeks now I haven’t heard from them anymore. It is completely frustrating that a company I have used for over 5 years with no issues suddenly decides to treats me this bad.

Beside I am not the only one currently facing this, they’re more than 1000 persons with same issues that I have come across, and the CEO of this company who happens to be Simon Peter Smith hasn’t addressed the issue. I will be glad if you can look into this issue and help resolve it so we can regain access to our monies sir.
Suggested solution:
Resolve my case, and release my funds. Then I can give them a positive review, if not I’ll advise each and everyone to stay far off this platform as your funds are not safe at all.
