My complaint:
My account says I am displays as me having full verification, I even got an email to that it had gone through. Dispite this I was able to purchase funds but I am now unable to withdraw funds. Support service always say the same thing… You have to wait it has now been 4 weeks. I can’t even get through to an official complaints department and noone has messaged to give me any updates or solutions to how I can resolve this.

Contact me with details of what other details will be needed to complete the verification. I just want to withdraw my funds and go!
