Bittrex complaint: disabled account

My complaint:

I have no idea why my account is disabled and Bittrex will not tell me. I transferred XRP from coinbase and coinbase said it was successful. I also went to xrpscan that said the same. I haven’t gotten any credit. I also tried to close out my account of $64 and Bittrex took $$64 OUT of my bank account, I tried to get that back and ran into one buzzsaw after another. Then when they tried to get an additional $164 out of my account, I called the bank and stopped payment. Something bogus was going on. I have sent Bittrex every bit of information I have with no resolution. I have been shut out for weeks now.

Suggested solution:

Closeout my account including the 732 shares of XRP now in their possession. I don't have a large amount of money in there, approximately $750 but it is my money, not theirs. I am 80 years old and my real estate taxes are due very soon. I need this money back in my bank account that they have taken off their site so i would have nowhere to transfer my money.

2 years ago - I have contacted the BBB, SEC and plan to file in small claims court within the next weeks if no action is taken.
