My complaint:
Opened Bittrex account in June 2020, account has been Disabled Account Since mid-February, 2021…..I have filed over 20 Customer Service requests to either Reset Password, or Inquire about Disabled account, or Inquire about Email Issues, or Inquire was my account hacked? Requested some 40 email request to Reset PASSWORD with no response. Even purchased AIRLINE ticket (at my expense) from PHX to SEA in May and arrived at 701 5th Ave, Seattle address to resolve account issue. Bittrex was not located at address.
Even filed complaint with State of Washington Attorney General, Bittrex failed to respond to their office on my behalf.
Suggested solution:
Resolution I’m seeking is to 1). Activate my Account w New Password; AND 2) Review Trading History of Account; 3). Possibly transfer or sell all Bittrex Account crypto tokens into cash, transfer cash to personal account and close account.
