My complaint:

My account, that hold deposit, has been disabled for already a month. I opened several tickets , but still do not have solution. I also Cc-ed complaints@bittrex.com email , thinking customer care would take care of the ticket in a timely manner but nothing changed.

I also have another ticket opened regarding a shared account with my collegue, where we need to get a full copy of transactions. these two accounts ( my and shared) are registered with different email accounts and still the bittrex representative tells me they cannot enable my Private account until the shared account issue is not solved (!).

Even legally they are not right, because my private account is a sepratae acount that holds deposit and for already a month I am unable to use my deposit due to some silly security reasons.

need a timely assistance so that I can use my account ASAP

They should enable my private account as soon as possible
