My complaint:

I made a profit and in the process of withdrawing, I have come up with excuse after excuse, yet every time some kind of charge keeps getting added, advised to pay the charge then I get my money. Pay the charge, but wait another charge is required, the fact they don’t outright advise all is required and keep adding on is atrocious Customer Service, I have many times complained to my nominated Person and all I get is. My Superior advised them and me on the end suffers. Just under 4 weeks ago it all in writing/email I was advised I will get what is mine, after another blatant fee (tax! They claim) which I was advised was incorrect. Now I have been advised end of month if I don’t pay $12k tax I will loose my $60k. My Superior to my case, is not available due to his passing, and our lengthy heated debate regarding all these unnecessary charges they keep inventing. They have decided I was in the wrong, I’ve vented accordingly to my Superior and my nominated person. Yes! Me the Customer seems to be in the wrong. I find this company is not about the Customer. The fact they can threaten me with confiscating my money is wrong. This has been ongoing 6 plus months

Suggested solution:

Pay my money and the tax charge they claim what the Australian ATO advised, I’m very cautious, I rang and was advised tax is taken out after I received my money, which is how it’s done here in Australia, and send the phones they advised for their terrible terrible Customer service, they withholding them too, unless I pay up
