My complaint:

I copied my cash app Bitcoin address and pasted it in with my withdrawal request. I got the email to verify my Bitcoin address n assumed it was the correct 1 because I have no other info and my deposit was from same said address. I never got my withdrawal and support told me to stop complaining to them that they already sent it then suspended my bitstarz account. Bitstarz is my upmost favorite online casino. Or was until now.

Suggested solution:

I need my Bitcoin withdrawal in my account. If this gets resolved, I would also like my account back accessable so I can enjoy my favorite online casino
