My complaint:

I have screen recordings of at least 3 hours of Black Jack gambling on Bitstarz Casino website. I’ve been depositing money for the last month, knowing there is absolutely no way of winning I kept depositing and kept playing just to get more screen recordings. Because I wanted to be able to show a pattern.
I’ve showed these screen recordings to people who work in casinos here in Phoenix Arizona and they have told me that it’s mathematically impossible for the dealer to pull the cards that it’s pulling.. I’ve emailed Bitstarz at least 2 or 3 times asking what the Black Jack tables procedures are, how are the decks shuffled etc etc, is the dealer picking up on patterns from the person who is playing..

The only response I got was.

“I’m sorry about your unlucky streak, hopefully soon your luck will turn around, we don’t even own the software it’s an outside company that runs them”

That in itself is alarming..

From the large dollar amount and countless hours I’ve played Black Jack it is my opinion that it is absolutely impossible for anyone to come out ahead playing Black Jack on their casino, and I believe that the dealer recycles the same scenarios over and over, using some kind of algorithm.
I can play 20 hands in a row and tell you exactly what the dealer is going to flip on his 2nd card that is face down. If the dealer is showing a face card or a 10, then 99.999% of the time he is going to flip over another face card or a 10.
The higher you wager the faster you lose. It’s almost comical now playing because I can predict exactly what’s going to happen. An hour ago when I was playing with my “complimentary bonus money” the dealer dealt the cards and i would be showing a 20 he would be showing anything from a 2 to 10 and I would say in the 100 hands that were dealt the dealer pushed me probably over 40 times or beat me with 21 when dropping 5-6-7 cards down.
Now I understand that losing is part of and the risk that comes with gambling, this isn’t something that occurs 5% or 10% or 20% or 30% of the time. These kind if mathematical impossible scenarios happen 100% of the time.
Next example. For the last 50 times I played, no matter what if I got an 11 with the first 2 cards I was dealt I would double down, doesn’t matter what the dealer what showing I would double down.
When I stopped counting, out of the 200 some odd times I double down when pulling an 11. I would say I pulled a face card or a 10 5 times to hit 21.
But what’s more crazy than those odds is that whenever I would doubled down I would pull an Ace or a 2, to equal 12 or 13. Almost every single time..
Again this is not something that happens here and there, it’s all the time. I’ve gone to casinos here every night for weeks at off times to play one on one with the dealer to try to create or see if in anyway I would see the same scenarios play out. Out of the 2 dozen times I did this, 1 time the dealer went on a run that was anywhere close to what happens when you play Black Jack on Bitstarz casino.

I would also like to include that the slot machines. Same thing, once you raise your bet you can hit that spin button 25 times without seeing a single penny won.. The
“Free Spins” they give you to get you back after you loss. It’s funny, the free spins your getting the free spin bonuses and winning on almost every spin, then when the free spins end and you start playing that same game with your own money, the winning stops. The reels one time are spinning at a normal speed and then all the sudden that start spinning 10X’s faster than before and then it stops and goes back to normal speed. At first I thought maybe it’s my internet connection, so I made sure to upgrade my already good wireless wifi to 5G to make sure. Same thing. I believe the screen recordings alone if viewed will tell the story of the mathematical impossibilities of the cards dealer is being dealt.

I can provide a lot of video, all are 2 large of files to be uploaded below

Suggested solution:

I am hiring an attorney, and I will spend any amount of money to prove that they’re Black Jack tables are not based on luck.
i want every single dollar I’ve ever deposited deposited back from them.

This isn’t about losing, I’ve been gambling for 20 years and it’s not even about the money. I’ve been depositing money to play on their casino almost everyday for 4 months knowing there is no chance of winning, the only reason I continued to deposit and and play on Bitstarz casino is to collect more screen recording so I can show a pattern, which I can absolutely show.
