My complaint:
I had made a deposit to the bch address that I had made other bch deposits to note every deposit I have ever made has had issues but I thought I gave it some time and I really enjoyed the website and the layout everything in their gaming so I figured maybe they had fixed the bugs or issues for deposits and I tried again and then they told me they do not per their policy do not accept those kinds of deposit anymore after I had made my deposit yesterday morning that was their fixed to my issue that’s how they’re going to resolve it tell me that they don’t accept those deposit anymore they don’t know they can’t do anything for me
Suggested solution:
Refund me in a different BTC or refund my bch so I can be DONE WITH THEIR WEBSITE because at this point it feels like there a scam;
