My complaint:
I made a deposit to them.for 21 . After the fees from bitcoin the deposit was $17.99 . I was told by representative that they cover bitcoin fees after payment upto $5. So I couldn’t play with my $20 because it has to be minimum $20 after fees. They advised me to add $3 which I would be charged and extra $3 for fees. So that would be a total of $6 in fees. But that only $5 would be covered. I was okay with that . So I made another deposit with an extra .30 on top to make sure no problem . Just as I figured it wasn’t over 30cents it was 19.99. Where I still owed a penny. So I complained about the situation. Then they apologized on top of things and said they told me false info that they only will cover $3 not $5 as stated. I waited 3 days for them to add the penny 1 cent to my account that they owed me. They had me waiting for 3 days then when I check now my balance is 0. Nothing. They don’t answers or reasons why they won’t let me talk to any manager or even give me a name or time frame of when I’ll get my money back . They just keep on disconnecting. I’m not asking them to just refund me which they won’t either without explanation or reason
