My complaint:
Purchased mens overcoat, ordered one size larger than needed (based on their size chart) for comfort, but item so tight could not touch hands in front of body. Material also poor, badly creased.
Birmingham Wear Agreed return at my cost, but refused delivery at address provided. Denied refusal saying ‘not technically or logistically possible’, even though Royal Mail provided a scan as evidence. In spite of numerous contacts still deny refusal, say can return again but have to pay cost again.
Concluded this company deliberately sell poor quality product hoping consumers won’t pay return cost or if they do give up after experiencing all the hassle
Suggested solution:
1) Issue refund of purchase price immediately for all inconvenience experienced or
2) Provide return paid address label and action refund of purchase price without any further excuses
