My complaint:
I took my car in to Birchwood Infinity the other day and after paying several hundred dollars, the same problem exists. I’ve had to go back twice and now will be going back again. This dealership is horrible. They have no idea how to repair these cars and will ignore and even attack you if you complain. Why the company tolerates this is beyond me. Everyone is hiding behind each other three instead of stepping up and correcting the horrible customer service there. I will never buy another car there and will warn everyone I meet about this horrible car dealership.
Suggested solution:
It\'s too late. I\'ll be selling my car and going elsewhere never to spend another dime at the Birchwood Automotive group.
