My complaint:
I deposited some btc to my binance on the 3rd of june 2021 as usual and then tried to transfer from my spot wallet to p2p, I received an error message that withdrawal is temporary disabled due suspicious activity. I contacted customer support via chat and was asked to send a video of my account or wallet where my deposit came from,after sending that i was told everything looked ok, 24hrs later i got another message to send in video recordings of me holding my id with my requests to withdraw and also record withdrawal and deposit history on account plus the account registration date and ip, which I have done. I have not received a response and I have tried to contact binance via chat after the video evidence and have received no response its been 4days since i sent in the evidence they requested for till now no response from binance. I am so worried because i have alot of money in my account and theres no way to reach binance..My case ID is 73226047
Suggested solution:
Binance should check all the evidence i sent to them and resume withdraw function on my account and email me as this is really fustrating.
