My complaint:
I use a VPN to log in to Binance. Now and then I change from country for safety and for speed. The system noticed a different IP-address and put a withdrawal ban on my account. Now I have to record a video of myself holding my passport, I also need to make a video about the login procedure and Binance want a video of the latest transactions from Binance and from the receiving address. I am not going to give them that. They have a video of me holding my passport just the way I did when I created the account. Why do they want a video of my transactions?
Suggested solution:
They have enough to be sure that I am the legal owner of the account. I am a honest and apparently a little naive user. They can be less strict and remove the ban. I just want my 45 ADA. After that I will disable the account.
