My complaint:
Good day, I have been trying to withdraw my funds for 3 days now and every time I get assisted by a service operator on chat, it never gets resolved. I have been told several different scenarios now and nobody is giving me a definite answer. The support consultants are so rude and have no way of speaking to clients. Its been 3 days and nobody has contacted me or given me any sort of indication that my request is being processed. The company seems to be a scam at this point as they seem to be stalling the payment process.
Suggested solution:
It can be resolved if I can get my payment processed as they mention on their website. I just need to speak to a professional customer service person who can complete the process. Every time I use the support function, Its like I'm speaking to a person who has no connection to Binance at all. Nobody knows what to do
