My complaint:
I was approached by a company called Finotive claiming that they could recover funds from CVmarkets. They had me deposit $380AUD into my Binance account which they quickly withdrew without my permission. I tried to cancel the transaction but the only way was to disable my account. I tried to make a complaint but don’t know if it worked, they haven’t replied to any communication.
Suggested solution:
They should stop the transaction or reverse it in order to not lose any money. They should also respond to communications as soon as possible.
