My complaint:

I have tried numerous times to withdraw my funds and unable to pass the two factor authentication process as the email contains one of the codes arrives after time for input has lapsed. Its impossible to pass the authentication process and withdraw my money or transfer to another wallet.

I have requested my money be returned to the card in which the money came from or provide an authentication procedure that works.
