Binance complaint: Transfer of 99.48 usdt from future wallet to spot wallet

My complaint:

Well I just transferred my 99.48 usdt from future wallet to spot wallet but I didn’t get the usdt in spot. Infact it shows -99.48 in the transaction history

Suggested solution:

Well let me know the reason for my loss, kindly deposit it in my spot wallet.
