My complaint:
This company fails to respond to email and choose to ignore their customers who either got locked out their account or like me they are paying for the switch the did they went from “Binance” to “Binance.Us” and they never email their customers telling them about the change. So now they are holding peoples crypto hostage
Suggested solution:
Help me get my coins over to the Binance.us and get me verification i’ve been waiting for, for 2 months
