Binance complaint: Took money out of my bank without authorisation.

My complaint:

Binance took over 3000 from my bank account when I do not have an account with them nor did I authorise these payments.

Suggested solution:

I would like a full refund back into my bank account ASAP. This money was for bills and rent.
