My complaint:
I have one transaction in process status for the past 9 days
I tried to reach the support many time without any reply or when they reply it’s a bot with auto message
Basically they took my money and no one appear to be able to solve my issue
I have proof and screenshot, and I will act legally to get my money back
Suggested solution:
Resolve my issue
