My complaint:
It has been a month straight and im unable to withdraw crypto from my account. I was given a link to upload documentation 100% provided all required info and they still havent done a thing about it.
Suggested solution:
Don’t randomly lock ppl out of their functions if the account has been fully verified already? You don't even have a phone number to call so why would you put people thru such a hassle when you cant even be there to help.
