My complaint:
My account got accessed by someone else and binance has allowed that individual to buy more crypto from my credit card, and even transfer it to himself without any e-mail verification whatsoever. The hacker’s IP address clearly said that he was from Estonia and Binance has allowed him to enter my account from a different phone and a different location all togetjer.

Suggested solution:
Binance should track my stolen crypto and return it, or compensate me for my losses which are around 650 USD, since this occurrence shouldn't have happened and binance should have blocked the account when it detected a login from a totally different address.
