My complaint:
On 19th and 20th of January i’ve made two deposits wich hasn’t been credited into my account and both payments have a status of processing since then, while my account has the Identity Verification completed succesfully. Tried contacting support twice but they can’t provide a viable solution and all they say is just wait, wich is completely unacceptable.
