My complaint:
I was trading USDⓈ-M Futures – HOTUSDT Around 4PM MNL TIME (8:00 am UTC) I encountered an issue with your binance app. All the prices of all the pairsassets drop to -1.3% to 2% and up. all my orders was executed and my position was instantly liquidated and I loss 118.80482 USDT.
I was also placing another limit order during that time but I was not able to cancel the order. the app was not responding and I loss another 28.4638 USDT
That a total of 147.2678 USDT. That is a very huge loss for me 🙁
I noticed this happened to all the assetspairs on your appwebsite.
and its not only me that experienced this issue.
Please help me with this since this was clearly NOT A USER ERROR.
(this affected all futures trade and instantly liquidated all positions)
