My complaint:
on sunday 11 of april i have sended my 7.21110732 BNB tokens on bep2 wallet for buying VRA tokens but i forgot to put in MEMO number so those tokens didnt left from bep2 wallet and they are still there,i have tried multiple times to concact binance support for retriveing those tokens back to my source wallet so i can correct my action and send those BNB tokens correctly this time, but i still didnt get any kind of answer.I have sended them screenshot of transaction also , and i tryed to fil in asset recovery app but it keeps telling me that deposit ammount is incorect ,but it isnt beacuse i clearly can see deposit ammount on screenshot of that transaction that I am uploading right now on this page.
Suggested solution:
Retriveing my BNB tokens would be the right solution beacuse they are my tokens all 7.21110732 of them and right now they are sitting useless instead helping me and my family to get some better tomorrow for us.Those are my tokens and it is shame that large company like Binance is doing nothing with this matter when in fact all they need is maybe 5 min of theire time to check tx hash and recipient status wich states that transaction is SUCCESS and send those tokens back to orgin wallet
