My complaint:

I wanted to make a withdrawal, I followed all the steps. Each time I place my home address ( the one shown when I registered in, initially) I always get an answer: Wrong address. The address cannot be identified.

First I registered with Binance and put all my credentials in. I used the company known as NEOOMATIC and a broker by the name Argyro Georgiou, was the one who told me to download in my desk computer the BINANCE APPLICATION, and also the ANYDESK APP. The broker Argyro through the ANYDESK APPLICATION, got into my account and took out $ 475 from my initial deposit of $ 1,575, for her services, leaving in my account only $ 1,100. I find this totally UNACCEPTABLE, charging me 31,15% of my initial investment for investing in BTC the remaining balance of $ 1,100. I decided to withdraw all my money back into my bank account, and close the Binance account. After following the steps I reached to the recipient’s address. It is possible that the broker Argyro, may have changed my address when she got into my account. I don’t know. I don’t trust that woman anymore.

3 years ago - QUESTION: Do have ladies that speak to your investors in their original language? I received a phone call on Monday 26th of April by a Greek woman, speaking Greek to me, and she told that she works for Binance and she was willing to help me out with my problem. She asked me to go to my desk computer and open my ANYDESK Application. I DECLINED OF EVERYTHING OF WHAT SHE WAS ASKING ME TO DO. I told her that I don’t trust her, and she hung up.
